This company serves as the Construction Manager for GHA-owned real estate and for third party management clients. GHA Services Inc. has performed renovation, capital improvement and energy management projects in excess of $200 million since its inception, and can provide the following services: Preventative Maintenance Program Design Physical Plant Review Structural Review Environmental Assessment ADA Capital Improvement Budgets Long-term Capital and Reserve Programs Project Design Energy Analysis and Management Space Planning Construction Management GHA Services' typical scope of construction service includes general due diligence studies, regulatory review, preconstruction analysis, budget preparation and the turnkey construction/renovation of projects from conceptual design through design development to project completion. GHA Services also provides qualified professional services in utility sub-metering, telecommunications revenue sharing and rooftop antenna management.
