GHA Community Management (GHACM) strongly believes that excellent record keeping and an exceptional accounting process is essential to maintaining the quality of management that meets our clients' expectations. The ability to analyze situations and make sound, informed decisions concerning a property's physical or financial status depends on accurate, detailed records and concise reports and statements.
As a result, GHACM has invested in the development and implementation of high-tech accounting practices and reporting capabilities. GHACM has developed and maintains its own computer information services software, GHA Information Systems. Through this software and our Jenark/Access database, detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports are generated in a variety of formats designed to match the needs of the management company and the client.
GHA Community Management maintains its strength through the accuracy of its operations and reporting systems. As GHACM has grown, the stability and reliability of our accounting division has been reflective of our desire to provide our clients with exceptional property management service.
Financial Management Includes:
- Accurate, timely financial reporting and effective delinquency administration
- Full budget development including five-year history of income and expenses with annual budget spread
- Easy to read financial statements in accordance with Bylaw requirements
- Placement of investments in accordance with established Board policies, consistent with GAAP

- Weekly check runs for enhanced cash flow management
- Fidelity bond coverage that includes company owners
