  • Community Associations Institute (CAI®)
    CAI® is a national organization consisting of community association volunteers, professional managers, community management firms and other companies that provide products or services to associations. CAI® meets its goal to foster competent and harmonious community associations through offering education to its members and advocating policies that support responsible governance before Congress and other policy-setting agencies. 


  • Property Management Association (PMA®)
    The PMA® provides forums to exchange knowledge and education for the property management industry. PMA® represents 700 property management professionals and fosters education and learning through forums, seminars, print material and expos.

  • Building Owner's and Manager's Association (BOMA®)
    BOMA® was founded in 1907 and is a leading source of information on office building development, leasing, building operation costs, local and national building codes and energy consumption patterns. BOMA® members include building owners, managers, developers, leasing professionals and asset managers.

  • Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®)
    IREM® is the source for education, information and membership for real estate management professionals, and serves both the multi-family and commercial real estate sectors. IREM® promotes ethical real estate practices through its credentialed membership programs including Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Accredited Residental Manager (ARM®).

  • Apartment and Office Building Association (AOBA®)
    AOBA® is a membership organization which represents commercial and multi-family residential real estate in the Washington D.C. area. AOBA® works to protect and enhance the value of its members' investments through effective leadership and advocacy, information exchange and professional development. AOBA is also active in promoting various Environmental Initiatives

  • Urban Land Institute (ULI®)
    Founded in 1936, ULI® is a non-profit research and education organization representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines, working in private enterprise and public service. The mission of ULI® is to provide leadership in responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide.
